A bespoke creation takes 3 to 4 weeks from the approval of your 3D rendering. Pieces already in stock ship within 2 to 5 business days. If your timeline is tight (a proposal, an anniversary), we can prioritize production — simply mention your target date in our first conversation.

Yes. You receive a 3D rendering of your ring before the atelier begins any work. Nothing is produced without your written approval, and design adjustments at this stage are free of charge.

No jewel leaves our atelier without its AUCLAIRE certificate of authenticity. Every centre diamond also comes with its GIA or IGI certificate, the two most trusted grading laboratories in the world. We select each stone for its brilliance, proportions, and true beauty according to your wishes and budget — never solely by what appears on paper.

A lab-grown diamond is chemically and optically identical to a natural diamond: the same hardness, the same brilliance, the same certification. The difference lies in its origin and price — for the same budget, a lab-grown diamond typically allows for a larger, purer stone. We offer both and present comparable options side by side.

Most of our clients invest between $3,000 and $7,000 for a certified solitaire in 14k gold. We always work from your budget, never the other way around: tell us your number and we'll propose three certified options that maximize visible brilliance.

Rinse the ring in lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap, gently brush the setting with a soft toothbrush, then dry with a lint-free cloth. Remove it before sports, swimming, household cleaning products and sunscreen. We also offer complimentary professional cleaning and polishing for life.

The diamond is covered by a lifetime warranty against breakage: we replace or reset it at no cost for the stone. The first resizing is complimentary, and professional cleaning remains free forever.

You have 30 days to exchange an unengraved, unaltered piece in its original condition for another creation or store credit. Cash refunds are not offered. Resizing exchanges are always possible.

Shipping is complimentary and fully insured across Canada, with mandatory signature upon delivery. You receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and the packaging is discreet, with no jewellery branding.

Yes, we ship anywhere in the United States with insured door-to-door delivery from Montréal (FedEx or DHL, signature required, tracking sent the moment it ships), typically in 2 to 4 business days. We prepare the customs declaration, commercial invoice and certificate of origin ourselves: because our pieces are crafted in Canada, they generally qualify for duty-free treatment under USMCA. If any duties, state taxes or brokerage fees remain, the carrier bills them to the recipient on delivery — write to us before ordering and we'll estimate the amount for your state.

Yes, by appointment. Our Montreal space lets you see the stones in person and try on settings. That said, the vast majority of our clients complete their project remotely, via video call and photos, with exactly the same guidance.
